Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made through the Isa Adventures website, mobile app, or by contacting us directly.

Some tours require full or partial prepayment to confirm a reservation.

Accepted payment methods include mobile money, bank transfer, and other digital options offered in the app or on the website.

All prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) or USD, and are subject to change without notice unless already booked.

Cancellations and Refunds

By Client:

• Cancel 7+ days in advance: 80% refund.
• Cancel 3–6 days in advance: 50% refund.
• Cancel less than 3 days in advance: No refund.

By Isa Adventures:

If we cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Itinerary Adjustments

We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries, pickup times, and schedules due to weather, road conditions, or safety.

You will be informed of major changes in advance when possible.

Use of the Mobile App

The Isa Adventures app provides tour listings, booking options, contact tools, and live updates.

Users must not misuse the app (e.g., by attempting to hack, duplicate, or misrepresent information).

We do not guarantee the app will be free from bugs, but we commit to addressing issues quickly.

Travel Requirements

You are responsible for your own travel documents, including passports and visas, especially if crossing borders.

Isa Adventures is not responsible for issues resulting from lack of proper documentation.

Health and Participation

Some tours involve physical activity. Please consult a doctor if unsure of your ability to participate.

You must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or restrictions when booking.

Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages during a tour unless it is proven to be due to our negligence. Participation in tours is entirely at your own risk.

Privacy and Data Use

Personal details (e.g., name, contact info, booking history) collected through the website or app are kept confidential.

We use your data only for tour arrangements, internal records, and to improve services. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Media and Content

During tours, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes on our website, app, or social media.

If you prefer not to be included, let us know in advance via email or app messaging.
