This activity takes place on the Zambezi River below Victoria Falls. It involves navigating rapids in a guided raft. The trip starts with a safety briefing and equipment fitting. Participants then walk down into the Batoka Gorge to the starting point.
The rafting covers a section of the river with multiple rapids. Trained river guides lead the group through each rapid. At the end of the activity, participants hike out of the gorge where transport is provided back to town.
This activity requires a basic level of fitness. All safety equipment is provided. Water levels change by season, and the number of rapids may vary. Lunch and return transport are included.
